Universal Rebel Announces Live Music Series & Single Release Single Release Party: Saturday, February 16th, 2008 at the DUBLIN PUB (Morristown)

After successfully opening for artists including Kanye West, Black Eyed Peas and The Roots, local favorite ADEO is back with his new band Universal Rebel to present their debut single, “UNDERDOG.” Featuring an uplifting and soulful mix of Reggae and Hip Hop, UNDERDOG is an upbeat ode to “the little guy”. To support the release of their new single, Universal Rebel will be making area appearances throughout the winter, highlighted by a monthly appearance at the Dublin Pub in Morristown. Universal Rebel will be playing “SECOND SATURDAYS” at the Dublin Pub in 2008 featuring the best local bands in the Morristown area, including the Lifeguards, 11-10, Tom Vella, Caped Crusaders, the Community, and many more huge area bands.

The new single, Overdog, is a reggae-dub style ditty that trumpets the plight of the ‘little guy’ in all of us that must fight up hill, against all odds, to overcome adversity. Highlights of upcoming appearances include February 17th at Just Jakes in Montclair, February 23rd at Jamaica James in Roxbury, and March 22nd at the Dublin Pub. Universal Rebel recently hosted their official Single Release Party on February 16th at the Dublin Pub to a maximum capacity crowd.
