This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be granted and how they are processed.
In some countries and regions—such as the European Union, United Kingdom, and certain other jurisdictions—consumers may have a legal right to cancel a digital service purchase within a set period (often 7–14 days) from the date of purchase.
This right does not apply once we have begun delivering the service (i.e. when we have started submitting your music to reviewers), provided you have given your express consent for us to start before the cancellation period ends.
By purchasing from MusicSubmit, you agree that service delivery will typically begin within 24 hours of payment, and that once started, any applicable cancellation right is waived.
We will comply with all mandatory consumer protection laws in any territory where we sell our services.
Once we have started delivering our service (i.e. when we have started submitting your music to reviewers), all sales are final – no refunds are offered except where required by law.
We may, at our sole discretion, approve refunds on a case-by-case basis in situations we deem reasonable, such as technical failures, duplicate purchases, or exceptional customer service considerations. Our decisions are final and are made to balance fairness, service integrity, and operational feasibility.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law.
You can cancel a subscription at any time to prevent further charges; your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
To request a refund, email support@musicsubmit.com with your order details and reason for your request.
If a refund is approved, the original payment provider will process it on our behalf.
MusicSubmit works with the following payment providers: Authorize.net, PayPal, and PaySimple. Card payment refunds generally take 3 &nsdash; 5 business days; PayPal refunds typically appear within 48 hours.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website with the “Last updated” date shown above.
